15 Hang power snatch 20/15
15 Overhead squat
15 Push press
15 Front squat


Start every minute with 3 Burpee (including first minute)
Continue every intervall from where you left off.

I have some guys who are stronger than me, so I try to keep up with them on the strength stuff, and I got some guys who are faster than me, so I try to keep up with them.
