Start with:
10 Pull-up
20 Push-up
30 Squat

Add each round
5 Pull-up
10 Push-up
15 Squat

I have some guys who are stronger than me, so I try to keep up with them on the strength stuff, and I got some guys who are faster than me, so I try to keep up with them.
