AMRAP 5 One-arm Kettlebell Thruster 20/10 + 5 Halo 20/10 + 5 Kettlebell Swing Russian 20/10 (while B is on the rower)
Person B: row for cal.
(==> change is possible at any time, until 15 rounds finished in total, )
in remaining time AMRAP:
20 Hanstand Push-Up
40 Squat synchron

At the end, when your legs are tired and your arms are giving out, GET ANGRY. Get angry that you are tired. THEN HIT IT HARDER!
