Person A: 400m Kettlebell run
Person B: row for cal. (until person A has finshed the run) --> then: switch
then in remaining time:
Person A row for cal.
Person B AMRAP:
20 Kettlebell Snatch alternating 20/10
15 Kettlebell Push-Press 20/10
15 V-Up
(both are working and change is possible at any time)
